Today I heard from one of the first people that I did a one to one training session with, that she has passed her course. She is very grateful for the help I provided. Feel very pleased and reassured that I can make a difference.
well done! Glad you got positive feedback, we do not get it often enough and it makes such a huge difference. I'm only a beginner librarian but often have confidence crises when there's no feedback from the customer. I find the university library much more difficult in this respect! In the public library I worked in people often commented on how much they appreciated the service.
